Yes, I was in an Oktoberfest in Fukuoka. For those of you who don't know about this festival, this a very typical festival in Munich (Germany). During some days the street is full of beer gardens with drunk Germans singing and eating.
Let's see how this was possible in Fukuoka.
While cycling we saw a poster about a German Fest in Fukuoka. The poster was in a "theoretical" German baker's shop
And we decided to go there...
At the beginning I didn't find any "Kellnerin". So I tried the Japanese version
...a little shorter :-)
And now a short Japanese course for Germans. How do you say "Currywurst" in Japanese...

I went to the fest with some friends
The two on the left are French students doing a internship at Kyushu University. The one with beard is Francois. We get on very well, although he told me that he will become French again when he come back to France. What a pity... ;-)
And here the Currywurst I got for 600 Yen (approx. 3.5 EUR)
...yes, that was "Bratkartoffeln" :-(

Pues sí, estuve en una "Oktoberfest" en Fukuoka. Para aquellos que no lo sepan, el Oktoberfest es una fiesta muy famosa de Munich (Alemania) durante la cual la calle se llena de Biergarten (bares de calle) donde la gente bebe y come sin parar. Vamos, como las fiestas del pueblo.
Veamos como llegué a esta fiesta en Fukuoka.
Ibamos con la bicicleta por la calle y nos encontramos este cartel en el escaparate de una "teórica" panadería alemana.
Así es que decidimos ir...
No encontré ninguna "Kellnerin", así es que me hice la foto con su versión japonesa.
...un poco más bajita :-)
Y ahora un mini curso de japonés para aquellos que sabéis un poco de alemán. ¿Cómo se dice "Currywurst" en japonés?

Fuí a la fiesta con algunos amigos
Los dos de la izquierda son unos estudiantes franceses haciendo un proyecto de estudios en la universidad de Kyushu. El de la perilla se llama Francois. Nos llevamos muy bien, aunque el otro día me dijo se convertirá de nuevo en francés cuando vuelva a Francia. Qué lástima... ;-)

Prueba recorrerte las panaderías de nuevo, a ver si encuentras una Hogueras estilo japonés y nos las muestras en tu blog. Jeje!

I wonder what you mean by "I will become french again when I get back to France" .. Firstly I don't remember saying such a thing, and secondly I wonder what you mean by "what a pity" ! I want explanations ! :)
Francois!! This is ironic!! Although I remember you once told me that French people became a little more unfriendly in France.... ;)
Well, actually, you are partially right : we can say that the people you meet on the streets in Japan are well more friendly than **some** of the people you meet on the streets in France... But of course there are also good people in France, you should come to Paris to check this ! ;)
